Scholarship & Grants

The Military and Civilian Spouses’ Club (MCSC), through the Welfare and Scholarship Committees, supports worthwhile service and community projects in the Fort Irwin area.   The MCSC Welfare Committee will hold two (2) Welfare campaigns- Fall and Spring in addition to one (1) Scholarship campaign also in the Spring.  This allows for maximum opportunity to support various needs within the Fort Irwin community.
